TLDR;
Your AI conversations stay on YOUR machine. We see nothing. No telemetry. No chat ingestion. Zero datamining. What happens on OpenAGI stays on OpenAGI.
1. Information We Collect
When you use Apeiron's OpenAGI locally, we collect exactly zero data. All state, episodic memory, HDC vectors, and planning context are maintained within the local SQLite and FAISS architecture on the machine hosting the kernel.
When you visit our website (apeiron.ai), or join our waitlist, we only collect exactly what you provide:
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Basic analytics metrics (such as geographical source - aggregated and anonymized)
2. Third Party API Providers
Because you use your own API keys (e.g., Groq, NVIDIA) to run OpenAGI, you are subject to the Data Policies of those respective API providers. Apeiron AI holds no liability over how those providers ingest endpoints you hit via our open-source agent. Please ensure you opt out of data-training flags within those third-party platforms if privacy is a top concern.
3. How We Use the Information (Website & Waitlist)
We use the minimal contact data we collect purely to:
- Communicate product updates (e.g. your Waitlist entry).
- Process enterprise pilot requests.
We do not and will never sell your email address or personal details to brokers or third parties.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Our waitlist databases and feedback hubs are heavily encrypted.
5. PDPA Compliance
Apeiron AI complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. You have the right to request access to and correction of information about you, or demand the deletion of your records from our systems, by contacting us directly at our Contact Page.
